I come here often through the drive thru and the service here is AMAZING, I had to wait for the chicken because they ran out but it's busy so I understand :P!! Such an organized staff in the restaurant full of life and joy!

We love Popeye's!!! Use their app for easy ordering and specials. Everything is consistent... always hot and delicious. Love their chicken sandwiches and meal deals (red beans & rice, mashed potatoes with gravy - are musts for sides). Don't forget the hot sauce. Sooooo good!
So I usually do not write reviews for fast food... but the team of workers at this store were excellent. The food was hot and fresh. The store was clean. It was so great to be treated so kindly.
Popeyes is great! I always enjoy the original or spicy fried chicken, Cajun fries, and biscuits. On my recent visit, I tried their new menu item, the chicken wings. The fry was on point - piping hot, crunchy, and juicy! Unfortunately, the flavor of the sauce was quite off putting. It tasted extremely artificial, like that weird flavor of a generic lemonade powder. Sorry, that's the only way I can describe it. Once I tasted the sauce, I removed all the pieces and just drizzled it with plain honey, that was much better. Warning, the wings are spicy! It would've actually been perfect if the sauce didn't have a strange flavor. Of course, I would go back to try the other wing flavors, and definitely for their biscuits, which are my fave. One HUGE thing I'm hoping the store owner will take into consideration is: PUT A COVER OVER YOUR ORDERING/MENU AREA!!!! It is so unpleasant to have the inside of your vehicle SOAKED because this place put no thought into the convenience of customers. Please! Ok that's all :)
Popeyes is right down the road from my school so there are occasions when I just go there when craving some fried chicken. The chicken and meals taste the same as any other Popeyes location. I usually go to the Kapahulu one since that location is closer to home. Popeyes in Waipahu has a quick drive through and if you want to dine in, they have a few spots in front to park. If you can't find a space, there's a lot of parking in the bigger complex parking lot. The biggest secret is to get the app when purchasing anything from Popeyes. Their app is where the deal is at. Last time we were gonna order straight from the menu and then we opened up the app and they had a meal that was so much cheaper. So we just ordered from the app and picked up in the store. Plus with the rewards program, the more you spend, the better your rewards get.
